Easyposter creates 3D logos and letters in 10 mm Forex, cut to any shape and size thanks to CNC machining.

The logo can be digitally printed on the front, leaving the edges white, or painted entirely in the chosen RAL color, evenly along the edges. You can create 3D shapes by choosing the thickness, material, and finish that best suit your visual identity.

For application, we recommend using structural silicone or Pattex Millechiodi®, adhesives that guarantee excellent adhesion to many surfaces and a good suction effect. We do not recommend double-sided tape, which tends to lose its adhesion within a few days.

The range of possibilities is wide: customizable shapes, colors, and finishes allow you to unleash your imagination and create a truly unique 3D logo.

Producing a 10 mm Forex 3D logo requires specific skills, professional equipment, and a precise manufacturing process. What is Forex and why choose 10 mm thickness

Forex is a PVC-based expanded plastic material characterized by lightness, rigidity, and excellent workability. The surface is smooth and uniform, ideal for both direct digital printing and painting. The 10 mm thickness represents a balanced solution for three-dimensional logos: it guarantees structural solidity and visual depth without excessively weighing down the lettering or shape.

From design to cutting file

The process begins with the graphic design phase. The customer provides a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG) that defines the external and internal contours of the logo. This file is essential for CNC machining, as it allows you to translate graphics into precise cutting paths.

Technical File Requirements

Closed and clean paths, without overlaps.
Curves and text converted to paths.
Dimensions set to actual scale or clearly indicated.
High-resolution raster images: minimum 150 dpi at 1:1 scale.

CNC Cutting of 10 mm Forex

CNC cutting (Computer Numerical Control) is the technology used to shape Forex. The CNC milling machine processes the panel following the lines of the vector file with minimal tolerances, generally less than a millimeter.

Finishes: printing and varnishing

Painting

For a uniform result, even on the edges, professional painting with acrylic spray paints is available. Available in all RAL and Pantone colors, with a matte, gloss, or satin finish, it guarantees color consistency across the entire surface.

Mounting techniques

Mounting a 3D logo on 10 mm Forex varies depending on the needs and the application surface.

Direct bonding

Quick and reliable solution with structural adhesives such as Pattex Millechiodi® or high-grip silicone. They ensure a long-lasting hold on glass, metal, wood, and painted walls.

Panel mounting

The logo can be supplied already applied to support panels (Forex, Dibond®, wood), simplifying installation. Simply secure the panel to the wall with anchors or spacers.

Spacers

Resistance and durability

10 mm Forex, if treated correctly, lasts for many years. Indoors, it can maintain its original appearance for over 10 years, while outdoors it lasts 2-3 years without additional treatments and up to 5 years with UV lamination or protective varnish.

Maintenance is minimal: periodic cleaning with a soft cloth and neutral detergent is sufficient.
